Operational Management

Consistently exceeded revenue and margin targets for key accounts.
Account 1 - £4.75M revenues @ 41% DPM
Account 2 - £1.88M revenues @ 48% DPM
Instrumental in winning new business. 
£3.69M revenues @ 49% DPM.
The above resulted in:
 UK business unit overachieving AOP revenues by  £3.13M and OI by  £813K.

Project Management

PM and site manager for the construction of two new data centres built concurrently. 
Both received internal awards for centres of excellence.
PM for global rollout of an ASON network. 
Set up a new repair and return system, with incumbent OEM, that resulted in significant annual cost savings. 
 PM for Satellite Teleport project. 
Used industry contacts to forge relationship between customer and major UPS manufacturer. Secured significant discount against equipment list prices and UPS now customer's preferred system of choice.


General

Capital Expenditure. 
Successfully composed capex budget on several construction projects on behalf of the client.
Health and Safety.
 Instigated and ran CDM regime on several projects resulting in conformance with legislation and cost savings to client.
Supplier Appraisal and Vetting.
 Used legacy relationship with M&E contractors to bring together a team to build a data centre in London. Achieved significant saving on final price.
Maintenance and Support.
 Set up new maintenance agreement for scheduled and reactive maintenance for client based in London.
